Dr Dallow is a very experienced GP and comes to us from Kidsgrove where he has been a partner for about 17 years. Having studied medicine in Liverpool he has a wide range of postgraduate experience and has interests in Teaching and Training and Obstetrics & Family Planning.
He has recently been awarded the title of Clinical Teacher by Keele University.
Dr David Weldon MRCSEd MRCGP
Dr Weldon has come to us from after completing his training in family medicine in Oxford. He went to Newcastle Medical School and has special interests in Emergency Medicine, Surgery and Child Health Surveillance.
Dr Claire Burton MRCGP
Dr Burton trained locally and has a good understanding
of the locality. She brings specialist interests in family
medicine and women's health.
GP Registrar:
We have a number of Registrars and GP Assistants as well as Medical
Students attached to the practice.
Nurse Rachel Viggars
Nurse Viggars is an experienced practice nurse with
expertise in Minor Illness and Diabetes Care. She can also
prescribe to our patients directly.
Nurse Gillian Fyfe
Nurse Fyfe provides a wide
range of nursing services at the practice and has
particular expertise in Respiratory Illness including Asthma and COPD.
Nurse Claire Thorley
Nurse Thorley is an experienced Nurse Practitioner who
mainly sees patients with Minor Illness and is specialised in Urgent
Care.
Healthcare Assistant: Helen Evans
Helen is a very experienced healthcare assistant who
offers a number of services including new patient examinations, simple
