High Street Practice
Closure
Sadly our neighbouring
practice, High Street has been earmarked for closure.
Patients are welcome to join our practice, and have been
doing so since the news of the closure was announced.
We are delighted to offer High Street patients and all
new patients, an optional check-up appointment with one
of our nursing staff. We will also ensure all
records are transferred from High Street to us so that
we have the full medical history and list of any
medications.
To join fill in the attached
form for each member of your family that is joining and
hand it into reception.

Training Extension
Our new training extension
was officially opened 23 November 2010 by The Worshipful
Mayor Ann Heames of Newcastle under Lyme.
This was a very successful
event attended by local dignitaries, members of North
Staffs PCT, members of our Patient Participation Group
and our Medical Director. Pat Bailes, Practice Manager
said ‘We are very pleased to have such a wonderful
facility available for our patients.’
